1. Create the strip of colors you want to use.
2. Use Adobe color to grab some colors that work.
3. Color theme: https://color.adobe.com/sunset-theme-color-theme-10561821/?showPublished=true
4. Create the squares and then group them and make the art brush and choose the proper direction
5. Paint with the brush
6. Create a shape and apply a stroke with it
7. Change the stroke weight to tweak the size of the rainbow
8. Create looping shapes
9. Maybe pathfinder in some shadows and make noisy, crunchy shading?
